- 500gr betterave
- 1 oignon rouge
- 1/3 c.à.s d'huile
- 100gr de chèvre
- 1 œuf battu
- 100ml crème fraîche
- poivre
- sel

- 1 red onion
- 1/3 tbsp oil
- 100gr goats cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 100ml fresh cream
- pepper

Méthode / Method
Garnissez le moule à tarte et piquez la pâte avec une fourchette. Coupez les betteraves en morceaux. Faites frire l'oignon rouge finement hâché dans un peu d'huile.
Place the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan and prick the dough with a fork. Cut the beetroot into pieces. Fry the finely chopped red onion in a little oil.
Whisk together the goat cheese cut into pieces with the cream and the egg until you have a smooth mixture. Add the fried onions.
Pour this mixture at the bottom of the tart and season generously with salt and pepper. Cover the cheese with beetroot and bake for about 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C. Add some rocket salad.
